Technical Recruitment Sourcer

We are seeking an experienced and driven Technology Recruiter to help grow our Boston presence. This is an opportunity to own your recruiting efforts in a high‑growth market while building meaningful candidate relationships and expanding our regional footprint.

Develop and maintain strong pipelines across engineering, data, infrastructure, and product roles

Partner closely with internal sales leaders to support client hiring needs

Manage full‑cycle recruiting processes with accountability and attention to detail

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process

4+ years of recruiting experience (technology staffing preferred)

Experience building pipelines in competitive markets

Comfortable using LinkedIn, social media, and ATS tools
