Junior Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. This role is crucial in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top technical talent to support our company's growth and innovation. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build robust talent pipelines. Responsibilities Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics. Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams. Assist in extending job offers and completing pre-employment checks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology sector. Familiarity with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of requisitions.
