Defense Associate Attorney
Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.
As a national defense firm, we are seeking attorneys licensed in Alabama with experience in General Liability, Trucking, and professional lines including Medical Malpractice and Workers' Compensation Defense to join our Birmingham, Alabama office. Our team is committed to effectively moving cases through the legal system while vigorously defending our clients’ interests in court. Our General Liability Practice Group is composed of seasoned attorneys dedicated to assisting a diverse range of clients. From initial claims handling through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal, we provide comprehensive legal representation tailored to the unique needs of each client. As an Attorney specializing in General Liability, your role will involve:
Medical records analysis
Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre-trial reports, trials, and appellate activity
Responding to discovery requests and drafting discovery-related motions
Drafting motions for summary judgment
