Head of Client Support Services

Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and organized Manager to lead service activities in support of the Tesla Semi program. This role is responsible for ensuring that local teams efficiently support high‑volume Tesla Semi truck deliveries and operations. The ideal candidate will constantly identify opportunities to increase product value, make the business more efficient, and enhance the customer experience for commercial fleets.

Exceed commercial customer expectations, monitor service trends, and elevate the overall service experience for the industry.

Champion customer feedback and drive upstream system improvement; Partner with Engineering to help develop and improve diagnostic systems.

Communicate business priorities, ensure clear expectations, and take ownership of site performance, setting and achieving targets while holding the team accountable.

Proven experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment with strong customer‑facing responsibilities.

Prior leadership experience in a service‑focused industry preferred.

Automotive experience is required.

Valid driver’s license required with ability to obtain and maintain a CDL.

Must be available to travel to Tesla and customer locations up to 25% and to cover any required shift.
