This Jobot Job is hosted by: Mid-sized, well-respected Law Firm (60 Attorneys) seeks to add a Corporate Attorney to their team. In this position you will be representing financial institutions acting as their corporate trustee (and other agency/fiduciary capacities) in domestic and global financing. As part of this position, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing/negotiating a variety of corporate documents as well as assisting partners with closings!

Licensed to practice law in New York

3 + years of Corporate Trust/Securities experience with a large law firm

Corporate and municipal bond financings

• Asset-backed and mortgage-backed securitizations
• Project finance transactions
• Experience drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating a variety of corporate documents:

Examples: offering documents, indentures, credit agreements, trust agreements, collateral agency agreements, depositary agreements, security agreements, mortgages, control agreements, servicing agreements, administration agreements and ancillary documents thereto.
