Base Salary Range: $40K to $55K

CC Prep Academy is seeking a polished and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our students, staff, visitors, and community.
More than simply managing the front desk, you will help create an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and connected from the moment they walk through our doors.

The Opportunity
Create an exceptional first impression by warmly welcoming students, staff, visitors, and community members and directing them efficiently
Serve as a central communication hub by answering, screening, and routing calls and connecting visitors with the appropriate personnel
Help maintain a safe, secure, and organized workplace through visitor management, badge issuance, confidentiality practices, and adherence to safety protocols
Support smooth daily operations by coordinating meetings and events, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and providing administrative support
Contribute to organizational success through document preparation, accurate information management, and proactive support of departmental and school-wide priorities
What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus
• 2+ years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience
• Stable work history is a must
• Exceptional punctuality, dependability, and reliability
• A warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor, with the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word
• Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills
