HR Generalist - Employee Relations & Recruiting

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist / HR Manager to serve as a key partner in building and scaling our people operations. This role is perfect for a hands on HR professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution in a growing medical device distribution company. You will help attract, develop, and retain top talent while ensuring compliance in a fast paced environment.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales, field clinical, warehouse, and administrative roles. Build strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates in the medical device and healthcare space. Lead effective onboarding processes that accelerate new hire productivity. Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards Support our performance-based compensation programs (base + bonus for management/sales and commission structures for field teams). Employee Relations & Culture Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers. Handle performance management, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives. Plan and coordinate company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to strengthen team morale and camaraderie.

Compliance & HR Operations Ensure full compliance with California employment laws, OSHA, and other regulations. Maintain accurate employee records, policies, and reporting.

Performance Management & Development Implement review processes and support training programs focused on medical device knowledge, sales excellence, and leadership growth.

HR Projects & Scaling Build scalable HR systems, processes, and documentation as the team continues to grow. 3-7+ years of progressive HR experience

• Experience in medical device, healthcare, distribution, or sales-driven industries is highly preferred
• Hands on experience with recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance driven culture with both strategic and tactical responsibilities
