What You’ll Do Own the full recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various industries
Partner with sales and hiring teams to build tailored talent strategies
Use creative outreach and smart tools to find top talent
Stay sharp on market trends, roles, and recruiting best practices
What You Bring 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house)
Great communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with sourcing platforms, ATS tools, and LinkedIn
Background in sales or bilingual in Spanish? Full benefits: medical, dental, vision
