Legal Assistant – Litigation | Newport Beach, CA
A well-established personal injury law firm is seeking a detail-oriented legal assistant to support its litigation team. This is a great opportunity for someone with some legal or administrative experience who is interested in growing their career in litigation.
Responsibilities
Support attorneys and paralegals with litigation files
Assist with preparing, filing, and serving legal documents
Manage case deadlines and calendaring
Communicate with clients to gather information and documents
Maintain organized case files and records
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of legal or administrative experience preferred
- Interest in litigation or pursuing a paralegal certificate is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and positive, team-oriented attitude
