This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a niche market with a top-notch window cleaning and pressure washing company that is fully licensed and insured that operates under Christian morals and ethics. Our company provides a white glove service so attention to every detail is a must. Our office is in Dunedin and the majority of our customers are located throughout Pinellas & Hillsborough Counties. Outbound Call Representative - What You'll Be Doing:
· Reach out to potential customers by phone to book new appointments, send estimates and follow up on leads. · Keep our schedules organized and help ensure a smooth day for our field techs. · Record and update client information in our CRM to keep everyone in the loop. · Handle light administrative tasks like document edits and customer follow-ups.
Who We're Looking For in Our Outbound Call Representative:

• A people person with a warm, clear phone voice who enjoys engaging with customers. · Skilled in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRMs (a plus!). · You'll learn our software, understand job-scopes, and estimating. · Dress code is business casual. · Perks of the Job for Outbound Call Representative:
