Full-Time or PRN | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
Timberland Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing team in Butler, Alabama. In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility .
RN Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama
Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
RN Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes in status
Work closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff
Support residents with daily care needs when needed
Participate in care planning and family meetings
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Help train and support new nursing staff
