Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab testsspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and morefollowing established protocols.
Review test results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments are well-maintained and properly calibrated.
Assist in specimen collection and expertly prepare samples for subsequent testing.
Document all laboratory procedures meticulously, provide guidance for new staff members or students, and uphold the high standards of lab quality control.
Ensure a clean, safe working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health degree combined with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of your hire date.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in quality control practices and documentation.
