$90K–$102K/year between base salary + bonus potentials $5K Sign-On Bonus/Relocation Assistance

HealthPRO Pediatrics is growing our Killeen ABA team! We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants a manageable caseload, strong clinical support, and the autonomy to provide individualized care. Our clinic embraces a play-based, assent-based, child-led approach to ABA. Clinicians utilize evidence-based strategies, including Natural Environment Teaching (NET), based on clinical judgment and what works best for each child.

85K–$90K base salary + $5K–$12K annual bonus potential

$5,000 sign-on bonus/relocation assistance

Clinic-based care — no driving between clients

Play-based, assent-based, child-led therapy model

Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM

Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback

Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills

Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews

Active BCBA certification(or eligibility)

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
