Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our team during an 8-week leave of absence, with the strong possibility of extending into a long-term or temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a hands‑on HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures

Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns and supporting conflict resolution

Assist with performance management processes and coaching managers

Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries

Process payroll using ADP and ensure accuracy and compliance

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies

Foster a positive, productive, and compliant workplace environment

Qualifications

2+ years of HR Generalist experience preferred

Hands-on experience with ADP payroll systems

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws

Experience with employee relations and performance management

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
