Cleaner/Janitor JobWe are looking for an experienced Cleaner/Janitor to feel a vital spot in our staff. We like to keep our environment tidy and very well-organized, we expect from our future Cleaner/Janitor to take complete responsibility for helping us achieve this.Main Responsibilities of a Cleaner/Janitor:Keep buildings in a clean conditionPerform all heavy-duty cleaningPerform regular maintenance activitiesEngage in repair activities when neededResponsibilities of a Cleaner/Janitor:Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping)Gathering and emptying indoor trashClean, service and resupply restroomsClean windows, mirrors and other glass surfacesEngaging in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliance)Moving equipment, supplies, and furnitureInforming managers about required repair and maintenance activitiesMaintaining tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Janitor dutiesRequiring supplies of the tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Janitor dutiesOrganizing and executing spraying of fumigant and insecticidesCleaner/Janitor Job Requirements:Must have a high school diploma or equivalentMust have proven working experience as Cleaner/JanitorMust know and follow sanitation proceduresMust be able to respond and act quicklyMust have strong communication and multitasking skillsMust have knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and suppliesSupplemental pay:Supplemental incomeBenefits:Flexible schedule
