Paralegal Full-time Position

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established legal organization seeking an experienced IP Paralegal to support a busy Intellectual Property practice. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Intellectual Property Paralegal with prior experience supporting patent and trademark matters in a fast-paced legal setting. This individual will assist attorneys with prosecution support, filings, legal research, docket management, and intellectual property administration for both domestic and international matters.

S. and international filings

• Prepare and electronically submit legal documents through USPTO and PCT systems
• Assist with due diligence reviews and intellectual property research projects
• Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to ensure timely case management and compliance

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and legal document management systems
• Advanced computer proficiency and strong attention to detail
