Human Resources Generalist (Flexible Hours)

Summary The HR Generalist supports a wide range of human resources activities, including recruiting, employee experience, HR operations, and compliance. This role partners with employees and managers to address day-to-day HR needs while contributing to key initiatives such as onboarding, performance management, and process improvements. It offers broad exposure across HR functions and serves as a foundation for growth within the field.

Essential Functions Recruitment & Hiring Help coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and support the hiring process end-to-end

Learn how to identify talent and partner with hiring managers

Employee Experience Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation

Be a go-to resource for employee questions on benefits, policies, and processes

HR Operations Maintain HR data, reports, and organizational information

Support monthly reporting and tracking of key HR metrics

Projects & Continuous Improvement Work on projects like improving HR processes, updating policies, or exploring new tools

Research and bring ideas on how we can make HR more efficient and employee-friendly

Performance & Rewards Support Help coordinate performance review cycles and bonus processes

General HR Exposure Get involved in real employee situations, learning how HR supports both people and the business

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related area.

Strong communication, analytical abilities, organization skills and general knowledge of Adobe applications, Microsoft Office.
