Chaplain - Overnight Shifts

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated After‑Hours Chaplain to join our Spiritual Care team. This non‑FTE position provides vital spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff of Swedish Health Services during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. As an essential resource outside of normal business hours, you will offer comfort during moments of crisis, serve as a calming presence, and help individuals navigate challenging experiences with dignity and care. In this role, you will also act as a liaison between patients, families, and community clergy to ensure appropriate spiritual resources are available. The after‑hours chaplain also acts as liaison between patients/families and community clergy.

• 1 year in ministry
• Experience in a medical setting

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
