Senior Recruiter
Duration: 06+ Months (Fully Remote)
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance.
Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
Recruit for highly technical and specialized positions across life sciences, engineering, and consulting functions.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Bachelor's Degree.
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within agency, corporate, or contract recruiting environments.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience recruiting contractors, consultants, or billable resources within an external staffing agency.
- Experience recruiting within pharmaceutical, biotech, cGMP manufacturing, life sciences, or related technical industries.
- Demonstrated expertise recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter experience, including proactive sourcing, InMail campaigns, and candidate engagement.
- Executive Recruiting Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of executive-level recruiting experience.

Pharmaceutical
Experience recruiting fully billable consultants.
Experience recruiting across multiple U.Experience with Workday ATS.
Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools and recruiting technologies.
Experience leveraging social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques to identify passive talent.
Strong recruiting expertise and sourcing capabilities.
Customer Focus
Exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Effective partnership with leadership, HR, and hiring teams.
Sound judgment and commitment to ethical recruiting practices.
