Role Overview Recruiting for a premier Big Law firm in Atlanta (Am Law 100-ranked, Chambers USA Band 1 for real estate).
Seeking Real Estate Attorneys with experience in commercial leasing, acquisition, or financing deals (GA Bar required).
Hybrid Peachtree Street office (3 days in-office, flexible remote), focusing on $100M-$300M transactions in office towers, retail centers, and mixed-use developments for institutional investors.
Compensation : $135K-$150K base + $15K-$30K bonuses for closings.
Global Client Exposure : Work directly with Fortune 500 developers and REITs, leveraging firm-wide platforms to craft cross-border deals and build a 95% repeat client base.
Elite Industry Presence : Attend firm-hosted rooftop deal summits and Southeast Real Estate Forum panels, positioning you as a thought leader among Atlanta’s top investors.
Partner Track : Career elevation in 6-8 years, competitive with Big Law norms.

Key Duties Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, easements, and other real estate transaction documents for a variety of asset classes.
Conduct due diligence, including review of title, surveys, zoning, and environmental reports; coordinate resolution of title and survey issues.
Manage all aspects of commercial real estate closings, including preparation of closing documents, coordination with title companies, and resolution of closing conditions.
Review and negotiate loan documents for acquisition and refinancing transactions, including mortgages, loan agreements, and related collateral documents.
Advise clients on structuring real estate joint ventures and entity formation for development, investment, and ownership purposes.
