Volume RecruiterWe are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Volume Recruiter to lead and execute high-volume hiring strategies. This role is critical to scaling our workforce efficiently and effectively, ensuring top-tier candidate experiences, and delivering on fast-paced hiring goals. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, manages multiple requisitions, and builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to meet aggressive staffing goals.Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns.Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.Coordinate and participate in high-volume hiring events, open houses, and job fairs as needed.Champion a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
