Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

The Operations Supervisor will manage back‑of‑house operations at the Dallas store, overseeing shipment processing, allocations, transfers, and inventory replenishment. This role leads and develops the BOH team, partners with store leadership to align inventory with sales potential, and drives process improvements to ensure operational efficiency and merchandise availability.
Manage a team of back‑of‑house staff and support their professional development through coaching and feedback.
Optimize inventory management and streamline operational processes; Oversee movement of merchandise from BOH to sales floor and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Identify opportunities to improve BOH functions and maintain clean, organized stock rooms with proper labeling.
Manage reservations and consignments and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
3+ years of operational management experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
Strong knowledge of operations and inventory control.
