Responsibilities

Develop, improve, and implement site PSM programs.

Manage, coordinate, and implement all 14 elements of OSHA's Process Safety Management standard.

Lead preliminary hazard reviews for existing and new processes.

Provide process-safety reviews for the MOC program.

Participate in or lead root-cause investigations.

Support teams implementing new products and processes.

Provide process-safety technical assistance to site management and staff.

Support the development of the company's best practices and design standards.

Execute process-safety engineering projects and PHA action items.

Work with Operations to define and resolve process-safety and design issues.

Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Construction, Purchasing, Logistics, and other internal groups.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 1–2 years of production experience and 3–7 years of experience in a similar role.
