Technical Recruiter
Location: Cherry Hill, NJ (On‑Site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Offering temporary and permanent roles that elevate skills and earning potential.
As a Technical Recruiter, you'll identify quality candidates, manage the recruiting process, build relationships with job seekers, and support the sales team in fulfilling client needs. You"ll be a core driver of branch success by sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and helping candidates navigate the hiring process.
Candidate Sourcing & Engagement Source and identify qualified candidates through resume screening, outbound calls, email outreach, and database searches.
Cultivate strong, long term relationships with job seekers in the local technical market.
Recruiting & Collaboration Work closely with sales managers to interpret hiring criteria and clarify job requirements.
Prepare candidates for interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring cycle.
Help prepare interview materials and ensure all documentation is complete.
Support sales, HR, and hiring managers during the offer stage, including salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other key details.
Pipeline Management Maintain detailed candidate notes and recruiting activity within internal systems.
Job Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree
Must be willing to work in office Monday to Friday. Customer Service experience preferred
