Advanced Practice Nurse (Fulltime)

Registered Nurse - Full time

As a faith-based organization, our mission is simple but powerful: to care for the caregiver so they can in turn care for our residents.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse

Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) under the direction of the Director of Nursing

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

Prepare for and facilitate physician rounds by flagging concerns and preparing documentation for review

Initiate consultations or referrals as appropriate based on resident needs

Perform administrative tasks including medical documentation, evaluations, and reports

Deliver nursing care within scope of practice and aligned with facility policy and clinical standards

Monitor residents for changes in condition (e.g., Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.

Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.
