Heavy Equipment Oiler/Lube Technician

The Sherwood Companies have a proven track record of completing a variety of projects from General Construction, to Construction Management and Design Build Projects for both public and private owners. A brief summary of the types of projects include, urban expressways, bridges, underground utilities, dam construction, asphalt/concrete paving and water/wastewater treatment plants.

Under general supervision, perform safe & efficient preventative maintenance duties on heavy construction equipment used in highway construction, grading & paving operations, plants, & quarries. The incumbent will need to operate in a safe and efficient manner following all personal protective equipment (PPE) and process requirements. Provide scheduled maintenance on, on and off road construction equipment; including lube and oil changes. Assist mechanics as needed in the repair of equipment. Document work in process, as well as completed work. Follow all Company safety policies and procedures. Apply improved work procedures to ensure safety and efficiency of operations. Building Customer Loyalty. Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL). 2-3 years of experience in heavy equipment Oiler/Lube Technician.

Mechanical knowledge of machines and tools. Equipment maintenance. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
