Job Overview A law firm seeks a Senior General Liability Attorney in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers an opportunity for attorneys with over 8 years of litigation experience to engage with prominent national clients and manage substantial litigation responsibilities. The position provides flexibility through a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities Independently manage a litigation caseload from start to finish.
Collaborate closely with other attorneys and partners.
Prepare for trials, conduct investigations, and attend court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
Communicate with clients and provide detailed reports.
Qualifications JD from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in Arizona.
8+ years of defense litigation experience.
Experience in personal injury, general liability, catastrophic injury, and transportation preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Client‑facing experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Legal project management experience is helpful.
First chair trial experience is a plus.
Education JD from an accredited law school.
Certifications Admitted to practice in Arizona.
