Part-Time Receptionist

Therapeutic Associates Gateway Physical Therapy is looking for a part-time receptionist to join our team. Schedules are flexible, and students who are pursuing a physical therapy or pre-physical therapy degree program are encouraged to apply.

Answers the phone and appropriately routes calls

Compiles and records medical charts, reports and correspondence

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic proficiency in MS products including Word, Excel and Outlook

Interest in Exercise Science, Sports Performance and Fitness preferred - students who are pursuing a physical therapy or pre-physical therapy degree program are strongly preferred.
