HR Generalist - Full-time Hourly position

Travel: Travel required to operations in Hot Springs, Newport, and Pine Bluff, AR

Recruitment & Hiring
Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Partner with each divisions General Manager’s to understand staffing needs and build talent pipelines.
Ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers to ensure clear communication of job responsibilities and performance expectations.
Address performance gaps, attendance issues, and facilitate individual development plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, leave, and HR policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
Culture and Employee Engagement
Champion O’Connor Distributing Core Values through employee engagement, recognition, and communication initiatives.
Help foster an environment where employees feel respected, supported, and accountable
HR Policy and Compliance
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- Demonstrated success recruiting hourly, sales, warehouse, professional positions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze HR metrics.
