Location: Compton, CA

Pay Range: $20 per hour

Shift: 6pm – 6:15am, Every other Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday

Responsibilities

Conduct systematic and independent reviews of processes, procedures, and documentation to assess adherence to quality standards and regulations.

Detect discrepancies, non-conformances, and potential weaknesses in quality systems.

Evaluate data and metrics related to quality performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Provide actionable recommendations and solutions to address identified issues and enhance quality processes.

Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Experience working within a manufacturing environment

Ability to perform data entry

Ability to stand for 12‑hour shifts

Ability to pull, push, carry up to 15 pounds
