HR Employee Engagement Generalist

The HR Generalist will play a key administrative role within the HR team, supporting the coordination and execution of HR programs, processes, and day-to-day operations to help keep the function organized, efficient, and effective. This role provides ongoing administrative and operational support across the HR department, ensuring activities are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with company policies and procedures.

This individual will be responsible for maintaining HR documentation, supporting employee lifecycle processes, coordinating HR communications, assisting with reporting and data management, and helping ensure the smooth delivery of HR services in a professional, fast-paced matrix environment. esProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) tea
Partner with HR Business Partners to support the execution of HR processes, initiatives, and routine business needs in a consistent and efficient manne
Coordinate HR communications, meeting logistics, and follow-up actions for key people processes and team initiatives, as neede
Assist with reporting, audits, and data management by compiling HR metrics, generating standard reports, and helping validate data accurac
Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding routine HR policies, processes, and systems, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate HRBP or HR specialist team as neede
Support the administration of HR programs and annual cycles, including performance management, talent reviews, employee engagement activities, and other people initiative
Collaborate with internal partners, including Payroll, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and IT, to help ensure the smooth delivery of HR services across the U.
Help maintain compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and applicable employment practices by ensuring documentation and administrative processes are complete and properly manage
Identify opportunities to improve coordination, standardization, and efficiency across HRBP support activities, and assist with implementing process improvements where appropriat
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies to support a responsive, service-oriented HR tea

3-4 years of HR experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or HR Operations ro
Solid understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and performance management cycl
