We foster an inclusive workplace that celebrates diverse perspectives, empowers growth, and strengthens the communities we serve. The Porter/Groundskeeper is responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of the property are maintained by cleaning the common grounds of the property.

Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed

Use power blower and pressure washer to clean breezeways, steps, sidewalks, pool areas, and any other common areas

Knowledge of using standard grounds maintenance equipment, such as lawn mowers, trimmers, power blowers, and pressure washers
