Travel LPN - Health and Rehab

Job Description Travel LPN – 13-Week Contract Premier Rehab & Healthcare at Burlington is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a 13-week travel contract in Burlington, Vermont .
As a Travel LPN, you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents while supporting the nursing team and helping ensure safe, compliant, and effective daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable long-term care experience while earning $2,000 per week , plus housing and meal stipends.
Participate in the admission, discharge, and transfer of residents, monitoring changes in condition and documenting appropriately
Transcribe and carry out physician orders
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
Perform wound care and other nursing treatments as directed
Provide direct nursing care, including tube feedings, colostomy care, and IV administration as applicable
Provide guidance and leadership to nursing assistants and other nursing personnel
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and clinical needs are met
Initiate, review, and update resident care plans as required
Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
Treat all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion while promoting their rights and independence
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Maintain confidentiality of resident and protected health information
Report concerns related to noncompliance, retaliation, discrimination, or resident safety to appropriate leadership
Participate in emergency preparedness, life-safety drills, and required training
Current, valid LPN license in the state of Vermont
At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
Long-term care, skilled nursing, or gerontological nursing experience preferred
13-week contract
