Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Material Handler Wanted: Looking for Material Handler jobs in Fontana where every shift keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you handle materials safely, support warehouse operations, and help ensure inventory reaches the right place at the right time. The Material Handler is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products throughout the facility.

This opportunity is based on a Material Handler career path and is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience moving, organizing, loading, or unloading materials in warehouse or manufacturing environments.

Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.

Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures.

Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required.

Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse

Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas

Pull materials and supplies for production and shipping

Prepare, label, and package customer orders

Track inventory and maintain accurate records

Assist with receiving, shipping, and other warehouse tasks as needed

Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.

Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.

Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.

1-3 months of related warehouse or material handling experience preferred.

Ability to work effectively in standardized situations with minimal supervision.

Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.

Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.

Regular use of hands for handling, gripping, and manipulating materials.

May occasionally work around moving mechanical parts and vehicles.

Work environment may include ambient lighting as well as exposure to extreme heat or , including temperatures consistent with outdoor weather conditions.
