As a Commercial Escrow Officer, you will play a key role in facilitating and closing complex commercial real estate transactions. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in navigating the unique challenges and intricacies of commercial transactions while delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders. This team specializes in assisting agents and law firms with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions nationwide. LOCATION**This position is onsite in our Maitland, Florida office (possible hybrid schedule).**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*** Manage and process escrow transactions in accordance with instructions from real estate agents, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.* Review and address all matters listed in the Preliminary Title Commitment, including lien payoffs, Mortgages, and any title-related issues such as probates, divorces, or land use classifications.* Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds at closing in accordance with transaction requirements and company policies.**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*** High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in title and escrow operations.* able to handle confidential information.* Solid understanding of industry-standard practices, concepts, and procedures in the title/escrow field.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with various computer applications and title production software.* willing to accept help from others.* PREFERRED EXPERIENCE*** SoftPro experience a plus* NCS Experience a plus**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location.
