Specialist Education Classroom Teacher

Job Description Do you enjoy working with children but don't want to spend every day in the same classroom?
Discovery Kidzone is looking for a caring, flexible, and energetic Classroom Specialist / Floater Teacher to join our team in Bozeman. This position gives you the opportunity to work with different age groups, support teachers, build relationships with children, and experience different classrooms throughout the center.

• As a Classroom Specialist, you'll be an important part of our teaching team. You'll help classrooms run smoothly while creating positive experiences for children throughout the center.

Helping with teacher breaks, classroom transitions, and schedule coverage
Engaging children through stories, music, games, crafts, movement, and hands-on activities
Encouraging positive social interactions and helping children work through conflicts
Supervising children during indoor and outdoor play, meals, naps, and transitions
Working closely with teachers and center leadership to meet classroom needs
Caring, patient, dependable, and flexible
Organized and attentive to children's needs
Interested in early childhood education
Willing to complete required Montana licensing and training requirements
Paid training is provided!
