As Operations Manager, you'll lead and refine our operational systems, driving efficiency and scalability. You'll act as the central hub across departments, ensuring smooth workflows, process improvements, and strategic alignment.
Are data-driven and love optimizing processes.
Are confident in managing multiple teams and ensuring operational excellence.
Oversee daily operations across both Movement and Wellness teams.
Lead process improvements and implement new systems for scalability.
Track and report key performance metrics, ensuring accountability.
Manage cross-team communication, workflows, and project execution.
Partner with leadership to scale operations as the business grows.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future operations of BHC.
