Job Summary

A Medical Surgical Nurse (MS) is needed for a unit in Tallahassee, Florida. This position involves providing specialized nursing care on a medical surgical floor with a focus on diabetic management, including insulin drips, in a busy healthcare facility. The role requires floating within the med surg division, working night shifts, and adhering to operational protocols.

Job Details

Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications: Florida license or compact license, Basic Life Support (BLS), EPIC experience, minimum of 2 years of specialty experience, prior travel experience of at least 1 assignment, experience with insulin drips, orientation every Monday, EPIC training during TMH orientation with testing opportunities

Additional Information: Floating across units within the med surg division required. No local or travel pair restrictions, no holiday RTO or more than 7 consecutive days of RTO. No block scheduling. Weekend and holiday work required. IVS to offer if 4 days or less of RTO.
