Registered Nurse - Burn ICU

Location: Nashville, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description: The Registered Nurse in the Burn ICU is responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients with severe burn injuries. This role involves monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs.

Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans.

Educate patients and families on health management and recovery plans.

Participate in patient safety initiatives and adhere to infection control protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Current RN license.

Certification in BLS and ACLS.

Previous ICU experience is required.

Preference for candidates with burn care experience.
