As a Home Health Aide, you'll build meaningful relationships while helping patients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

What You'll Do

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed

Perform light housekeeping related to patient care

Provide companionship and emotional support

Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse

Complete timely and accurate documentation according to company guidelines

Qualifications

Active Washington, DC Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification Required

Compassionate, dependable, and patient‑focused

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Ability to work independently in patients' homes

Previous home care experience preferred but not required
