Advocate for clients in impactful education and civil litigation matters
Lead cases from intake through resolution, including client consultations, legal research, discovery, administrative hearings, drafting pleadings and motions, and court appearances
Craft innovative and strategic litigation approaches aligned with each client’s unique goals
Collaborate closely with a dedicated, compassionate legal team committed to excellence and meaningful impact
Minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation
Exceptional analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
A client-first mindset and a genuine passion for justice and advocacy

Hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week in-office, balancing flexibility with collaboration
Remote option available for California-licensed attorneys with occasional appearances for team and court purposes.
