Salary: $130,000 - $220,000 per year A bit about us: We are a plaintiff-side employment law firm located in El Segundo, is looking for a full-time associate attorney with 1-7 years of experience to join our team. Our litigation practice consists of approximately 90% wage and hour class actions, and 10% individual employment matters (e.g., FEHA claims). Why join us? Pay: $120,000 - $220,000 Health Insurance: Multiple HMO/PPO options available. Firm contributes 50% of employee-only premium for a base PPO plan, applicable toward any offered plan. Eligibility begins the 1st of the month after 30 days. Dental: HMO and PPO options available. Employee-only HMO premium fully covered. Vision: Employee-only vision coverage fully covered, with low-cost family add-ons available. 401(k): Eligible after 3–6 months. Firm contributes 3% of salary. Life Insurance: $25K life + $25K AD&D provided at no cost. Optional additional coverage available. Bonus Structure: Discretionary year-end bonus based on performance, plus annual raises. Origination Bonus: 12.5% of fee awards without outside referral / 7.5% with outside referral.
