This is an exciting opportunity to join an industry leader known for delivering high-quality products and investing in its employees' growth and success.If you take pride in precision craftsmanship, enjoy working in a collaborative manufacturing environment, and have strong TIG and MIG aluminum welding experience, this role offers the chance to contribute to innovative products while building a long-term career.What You'll DoAs a Welder, you'll play a critical role in ensuring quality, safety, and production excellence by:Performing TIG and MIG welding on aluminum components according to engineering drawings and print specificationsWelding material thicknesses ranging from .063\" to 3/8\"Setting up and adjusting welding fixtures for a variety of product applicationsInspecting completed work to ensure adherence to quality and dimensional requirementsMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstationSupporting continuous improvement efforts within the manufacturing operationCollaborating with teammates and assisting in training or mentoring others when neededFollowing all company safety, quality, and production standardsWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsExperience performing aluminum TIG and MIG weldingAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specificationsStrong understanding of welding techniques, equipment, and quality requirementsComfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentBasic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishHigh School Diploma or GED preferredAbility to meet the physical demands of a manufacturing and welding environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience working with production welding fixtures and toolingPrevious experience in a high-volume manufacturing settingExperience assisting with training or mentoring team membersStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workWhy Join Us?At this facility, you'll become part of a team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous growth.
