We're a fast-growing family law firm (300% growth in 3 years) handling divorce, custody, and support for clients with $200k-$3M in household assets. We're looking for a 4-8 year attorney who can run cases now - negotiate, litigate, and write without hand-holding.

Draft MSC and Trial documents

Direct paralegals and case managers on discovery and document strategy - you're not doing admin work yourself. Hybrid: work remote except for in-person hearings

Active CA Bar license, 4-8 years family law litigation experience

Strong legal writing - persuasive, not padded

Excellent litigation skills for hearings and trials

120,000-$200,000 base + performance and retention bonuses

PTO, 401(k), flexible hours

A support team that actually handles the document grind so you can focus on casework

120,000 - up to $200,000 with performance bonuses

Draft and review pleadings and declarations; Meet with clients (phone, Zoom, in-person) to set strategy and gather case information

Direct evidence and discovery strategy - assign fact-gathering to Paralegals, manage document procurement
