Small Company looking for a High Impact Project Manager!

Our client is a residential remodeling contractor specializing in high-quality single-family home renovations, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full-home transformations. The company takes pride in delivering personalized, detail-driven projects that enhance both the functionality and aesthetic of each home. With a hands-on, client-focused approach, this company manages projects from concept through completion - ensuring clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and on-time delivery. Strong pipeline of local work with minimal travel required

Emphasis on quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction over volume

Ability to take ownership of projects and make a visible impact on outcomes

Oversee all phases of single-family remodeling projects from pre-construction through closeout

Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal field teams

Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications and building codes

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing consistent updates and managing expectations

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and workmanship

Manage change orders, project documentation, and cost tracking

Identify and proactively resolve project challenges to maintain schedule and budget

3-7+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling project management

Strong knowledge of single-family renovation processes (kitchens, baths, additions, etc.)

Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Familiarity with project management software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore, or similar is a plus)

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local job sites
