As the practice continues to expand its brand presence, they are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive patient acquisition, and position the practice as a leader within the luxury aesthetics industry.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, traditional, experiential, and content marketing channels. The Marketing Manager will oversee advertising campaigns, social media strategy, public relations, influencer partnerships, SEO, website optimization, CRM marketing, event execution, and performance analytics while ensuring all marketing initiatives reinforce the practice's premium brand positioning. This role is ideal for someone with experience in luxury aesthetics, plastic surgery, beauty, or wellness marketing who enjoys combining creativity, strategy, and analytics to drive measurable business growth.
Digital & Traditional Advertising

Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional advertising channels.
Optimize Google Ads, paid social campaigns, display advertising, and lead generation initiatives.
Oversee print, direct mail, radio, and outdoor advertising campaigns targeting affluent audiences.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets.
Social Media & Content Strategy

Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
Develop content calendars featuring patient stories, before-and-after results, physician highlights, educational content, and influencer collaborations.
Analyze social media performance and optimize content based on engagement metrics.
Monitor industry trends within aesthetics, beauty, and wellness.
Experiential Marketing & Partnerships

Plan and execute VIP events, patient appreciation events, influencer experiences, launch events, and brand activations.
Coordinate participation in conferences, beauty expos, and luxury networking events.
Develop strategic partnerships with luxury brands and community organizations.
Influencer & Community Engagement

Identify and manage influencer partnerships and brand ambassador programs.
Strengthen online reputation through proactive review management.
Build community engagement initiatives that support patient referrals and advocacy.
Website, SEO & CRM Marketing

Oversee website updates and optimize user experience, landing pages, and lead generation.
Implement local SEO strategies to improve search visibility.
Develop segmented email marketing campaigns for patient acquisition and retention.
Utilize CRM platforms to manage lead nurturing and marketing automation.
Marketing Analytics & Performance

Track campaign performance across advertising, social media, website traffic, lead generation, and events.
Continuously optimize marketing strategies using data-driven insights.
5+ years of experience in marketing within plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury wellness, or a related industry.

• Experience managing integrated digital and traditional advertising campaigns.
• Experience leading public relations initiatives and media outreach.
• Experience planning experiential marketing events and influencer campaigns.
• Experience managing SEO, website optimization, and CRM-driven marketing initiatives.
• Experience developing data-driven marketing strategies that improve brand awareness and patient acquisition.

Strong expertise with Google Ads and paid search advertising.
Experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Strong social media strategy and content marketing experience.
Experience planning luxury events and experiential marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, PatientNow, or TouchMD.
Experience with email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns.
Understanding of HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and ROI.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
