Referral Coordinator (Contract)
Major Entertainment Company based in California! Location: Fully Remote
We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Referrals Coordinator (Contract) to support our team by managing top-of-funnel employee referral activities. This role will focus on reviewing referral candidates for minimum qualifications, ensuring timely dispositioning of candidates in the system, and maintaining accurate reporting. Disposition referrals accurately and in a timely manner within the applicant tracking system (Eightfold). Track and report on referral-related activity, metrics, and backlog progress. Support continuous improvement of referral workflows and documentation as needed. Occasional support for TA programs (draft comms, training logistics, content updates, etc.)
Familiarity with any applicant tracking systems (Eightfold, Workday preferred). able to manage large volumes of data consistently and accurately. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
