This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. The McArthur's Bartender is responsible for making and serving beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction; prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests; and maintain significant menu knowledge of both the beverage and food menus.
Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks.
Input orders into a register at the point of sale and create a check for each guest and personnel guests including those served by other Servers to maintain accountability of all beverages served.
Receive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed in order to balance all moneys.
Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet.
Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
Lock up and store all beverage, food and other items, deposit cash drops and secure bank.
This is a full-time position, and you must have flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
High school graduate or equivalent, preferred

At least two (2) years of Bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
Experience in an upscale / luxury dining environment, preferred
Hotel / resort experience, preferred
Maricopa County Food Handler Card
