Maintenance & Millwright Positions - 2nd and 3rd Shifts

a member of our Maintenance Department responsible for providing mechanical maintenance support for plant facilities and equipment. This will be a 2nd or 3rd shift position. Wages between $25-30/hr based on experience. Additional Paid Relief Days, $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS , this position is eligible for other incentives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Installing, repairing and maintaining industrial buildings and machinery

Reading/interpreting blueprints, drawings and sketches,

Possibly fabricating parts and assemblies

Welding, brazing and cutting, shielded metal arc, gas metal arc, oxy-fuel

Perform department dutiesas needed

Required Skills/Abilities: Basic math skills

Basic problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Must be able to work any shift

No prior plant experience required - Company paid apprenticeship program available

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions: Must be capable of lifting and handling 50 lbs

Will be exposed to seasonal temperature changes

Manufacturing environment with heat, noise, dust, and vibration

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED required

Previous mechanical or construction experience a plus

Welding skills a plus

Eligible upon hire : Company paid safety shoes and prescription safety glasses.

Eligible at 60 days (520 working hours) : Participation in the production incentive pay program ( potential to add $1-$2 per hour to base pay, based on production)
