We are excited to welcome an experienced and passionate Ultrasound Technologist to our dynamic imaging team. In this role, you will harness advanced ultrasound technology, performing a variety of diagnostic tests that guide crucial decision-making processes for healthcare providers and offer hope and reassurance to patients.
Conduct comprehensive ultrasound examination for various diagnostic purposes, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, and vascular imaging
Prioritize patient comfort and safety, ensuring transparency and compassion throughout the scanning process
Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to guarantee that high-quality diagnostic images are produced
Manage and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues that arise
Keep track of and document processes and patient information accurately within our electronic medical records
Stay updated on advancements in ultrasound technology and adjust procedures according to best practices
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a relevant discipline
Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred
Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
